Return conditions
Changed your mind? No problem, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Just send us an email at info@evelain.com to register your return. Make sure the items are unused, unworn, and in the original packaging, with all tags still attached.
Has it been more than 30 days since you received your order? Unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns.
Shipping costs and the creation and provision of a return label are the customer's responsibility.
Returns are processed through our warehouse in the United States, so we can continue to surprise you with beautiful products at the best prices. Choose a shipping service with tracking to ensure your return arrives safely.
How do you return an item?
Do you want to return something? First, send an email to info@evelain.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
Note: We cannot process returns that have not been registered in advance.
After approval, you will receive the return instructions from us. Pack the item carefully so that it does not get damaged during transport.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount via the original payment method. The refund will take place within 7 days of receiving the return shipment.
Good to know: We do not charge restocking fees.
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products. Take a few photos of the damaged or incorrect product and email them to info@evelain.com. We will respond within two business days to resolve this for you.
Do you want to cancel your order? If so, please send us a message as soon as possible at info@evelain.com. We will do our best to arrange this for you, but please note: once your order is being processed, cancellation may not be possible.
