  Processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

• Delivery Time
  Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Order Notifications

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as we begin processing it. Once your package has shipped, we’ll send tracking details so you can follow the shipment all the way to your door.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to holidays, high demand, weather, or carrier-related issues. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please email us at info@evelain.com with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or other solution as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us right away at info@evelain.com. We’ll do our best to cancel it before it ships, but once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.
