  1. How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can use that to monitor your delivery in real time.
  2. How long do I have to return an item?
    You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

  3. Are your items true to size?
    Most of our pieces fit true to size unless otherwise noted in the product description.
  4. What materials do you use?
    We use a variety of quality materials such as organic cotton, polyester blends, and elastane for stretch. Each product page lists the exact composition.
  5. How do I start a return or exchange?
    Simply email us at info@evelain.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Once approved, we’ll send you step-by-step return instructions.
  6. Do I need to cover the return shipping costs?
    Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
  7. When will I get my refund?
    As soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect.

  8. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
    We're really sorry about that! If your item arrives damaged or if you've received the wrong product, email us at info@evelain.com with clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
